Our Process

To ensure every mouth is fed at your event, a process is followed.

 
 

Step 1

We’ll sit together to look over sample menus, and discuss your needs, preferences and preferred style of food, all in accordance with your budget.

 

Step 2

A draft menu will be created and sent to you for review.

 

Step 3

You’ll give any feedback on the menu, and confirm that the content meets your needs.

 

Step 4

An invoice will be set up, and sent to you for approval.

 

Step 5

After accepting the proposed amount, I require a 50 % deposit before I start.

 

Step 6

The final numbers for the event are to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the occasion.

 

Step 7

The final invoice will be sent to you just before the occasion.
